DNB Bank ASA, formerly DnB NOR, is the largest financial services group in Norway and has its head office in Oslo. It provides banking and other financial services to private customers, businesses and the public sector. As of 2024 its combined assets came to more than 3.6 trillion Norwegian kroner and its market capitalisation to about 400 billion kroner. The Norwegian state holds 34 percent of the shares and the Sparebankstiftelsen DNB foundation a further 9 percent. Kjerstin Braathen is the chief executive.
