Brico is a Belgian chain of hardware stores that started in Schoten, near Antwerp. It focuses mainly on do it yourself products but also sells garden articles, tools and household supplies. The chain counted around 140 locations spread over Belgium as of February 2016, about 95 of which were run by franchisees rather than by the company itself. It belonged to the GIB Group until 2002 and has been part of the Dutch retail group Maxeda since then.
