Mutua Madrileña is a Spanish mutual insurance group based in Madrid, where it occupies the Edificio Castellana 33 on the Paseo de la Castellana. It sells life and non-life insurance, with motor policies at the core of the business, and it also offers investment funds and pension products. As a mutual it is owned by its policyholders rather than by outside shareholders. Ignacio Garralda Ruiz de Velasco is its chairman and chief executive.
