Burger Urge is an Australian gourmet burger chain based in Brisbane, Queensland. It was founded in 2007 by the brothers Sean and Colby Carthew, who started with a single small restaurant on Brunswick Street in Fortitude Valley. From there it grew into a network of about 31 restaurants around Australia, serving burgers, sides and shakes made to order. The chain still carries the name the founders gave that first shop in Fortitude Valley.
