Castorama is a French chain of do it yourself and home improvement stores, founded in Lille in 1969 and now headquartered in nearby Templemars. Its shops sell tools, building and decorating materials, garden supplies and plants. The company has been a subsidiary of the British group Kingfisher since 2002, which took over its own subsidiary Brico Dépôt at the same time. Castorama runs around 101 stores in France and 90 in Poland.
