Lewiatan is a Polish supermarket chain with its head office in Włocławek. It is organised as a franchise network: the shops are run by independent local retailers who trade under a common name and buy through a shared purchasing organisation, which makes it one of the largest grocery networks in Poland by number of outlets. Most branches are small neighbourhood stores. The chain was fully bought out by the wholesale group Eurocash in 2011.
