Liberty, often called Liberty's, is a luxury department store on Great Marlborough Street in the West End of London. It was opened in 1875 by Arthur Lasenby Liberty and was incorporated as a company in 1894. The store occupies a large mock Tudor building and is known worldwide for its bold floral print fabrics and its links with art and design. It sells fashion, beauty products and homeware for men, women and children, and has a reputation for backing young designers early in their careers.
