Noodle Box is an Australian quick service restaurant chain built around stir fried noodles, founded in 1996 by Josh James and David Milne with a first outlet on Chapel Street in South Yarra, Victoria. The company is headquartered in Melbourne and has a network of more than 70 restaurants across the country, all of them franchised. It also works with master franchise partners in the Middle East and Mauritius. Ian Martin, previously a senior executive at Yum! Restaurants in Asia, is chief executive.
