Poivre Rouge is a chain of restaurants in France, owned by the La Boucherie group. It was founded in 1980 by Les Mousquetaires under the name Restaumarché, and most of its restaurants stand in the retail parks of that group, known as Les Marchés des Mousquetaires. In 2014 it was the sixth largest restaurant chain in France, with 82 restaurants. La Boucherie announced its purchase in July 2019 and completed the deal that September.
