RFC Liège, in full Royal Football Club de Liège, is a Belgian club from Liège, founded in 1892 and carrying matricule number 4, one of the oldest registrations in Belgian football. It plays at the Stade de Rocourt, a ground of about 3,500 places, and competes in the Challenger Pro League, the second tier. The club won five Belgian championships, the last in 1953. It plays in red and blue. It was the club of Jean-Marc Bosman, whose case changed the transfer system across Europe.
