Schnitz is an Australian fast casual restaurant chain based in Melbourne that specialises in schnitzel. Its schnitzels come in several formats, served on a plate, in a wrap or in a roll. The first shop opened in 2007 and was set up by Roman Dyduk, who owns and runs the company with his sons Tom and Andrew. The chain grew quickly, opening stores around Australia, and was ranked 32nd on the BRW Fast Franchises list in 2016 after 75 percent growth.
