Oy Teboil Ab is a Finnish oil company founded in Helsinki in 1934. It markets, sells and distributes petroleum products and runs a network of filling and service stations in Finland. From 2005 to 2025 it was a subsidiary of the Russian company Lukoil, and it has also operated in Russia since 2022. After the Russian invasion of Ukraine, customer boycotts hit the business hard: revenue fell by almost 29 percent in 2023 and the company made a loss of 58.7 million euro in 2024.
