Red Robin is an American casual dining restaurant chain best known for its hamburgers. Its roots go back to a bar in Seattle, Washington, that traded as Sam's Tavern before taking the Red Robin name. The menu is built around gourmet burgers served with bottomless steak fries, alongside salads, sandwiches and milkshakes. The company is headquartered in Greenwood Village, Colorado, and runs both company owned and franchised restaurants in the United States and Canada.
