Żabka is a Polish chain of convenience stores, founded in 1998 and run from Poznań. Its small shops, nearly all of them operated by franchisees, keep long opening hours and sell groceries, drinks, coffee and hot snacks, and there are now more than 10,000 of them in Poland. The chain also trades in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, and in Romania under the name froo. Its name is the Polish word for a little frog, which is also its logo. Tomasz Suchański chairs the management board.
