Harris Scarfe is an Australian retailer selling homewares and apparel. It was founded in 1849 in Adelaide, South Australia, and has more than 50 stores around the country. The range runs from bed linen, bedding, bathroom textiles, kitchenware, tableware and home decor to electrical and kitchen appliances, plus clothing, footwear and luggage for women and men. In 2015 ownership passed to Steinhoff Asia Pacific, part of an international group whose share price collapsed after its profits were questioned in December 2017.
