INA, in full INA Industrija nafte d.d., is a Croatian oil and gas company headquartered in Zagreb. It was founded on 1 January 1964 and covers exploration, production, refining and distribution, including a network of filling stations. Its main shareholders are the Hungarian MOL Group with 49 percent and the Croatian government with 45 percent, the rest being in private and institutional hands. The company has been listed on the Zagreb and London stock exchanges since December 2006, and the INA Group employs over 9,000 people.
