Lechia Gdańsk is a Polish football club from Gdańsk on the Baltic, founded on 7 August 1945. It plays at the Polsat Plus Arena, a ground of 41,620 places built for Euro 2012, and competes in the Polish league. The club won the Polish Cup in 1983 and 2019. It plays in white and green and is nicknamed Biało-Zieloni. Its 1983 cup win took it into Europe, where it faced Juventus in front of a full house in Gdańsk.
