Strømmen IF is a Norwegian sports club from Strømmen in Lillestrøm municipality, with sections for football, athletics and gymnastics. Its football team plays at Strømmen Stadion, a ground of 2,000 places, and competes in the Norwegian league. The club has spent most of its history in the second and third tiers. It plays in white and blue. Strømmen sits next to Lillestrøm, whose club it has long lived beside.
