Toolstation is a multi channel retailer of tools and building materials, founded in Cardiff in February 2002 and trading at first as Tool Station Limited. It sells through local branches, a catalogue and its website, aimed above all at tradespeople. The company has more than 500 branches in the United Kingdom, 90 in the Netherlands, 23 in France and 19 in Belgium. It was bought by the builders merchant group Travis Perkins in 2014, and Angela Rushforth is managing director.
