Globus is a Swiss department store company with nine stores, the main ones in Zurich, Geneva and Basel. It was founded in 1907 and sells upmarket fashion, beauty products and food. The group has also taken in the Herren Globus menswear chain and the Office World office supplies stores, and it belonged for years to Migros, the largest retailer in Switzerland. It is now owned by the Thai company Central Group. Globus was a member of the International Association of Department Stores from 1931 to 2020.
