Norma is a German food discount chain with more than 1,300 stores in Germany, France, the Czech Republic and Austria. The company goes back to the 1960s and sells a compact range of groceries and household goods at low prices, with a large share of own brands. Some of its shops trade under the name Norma-Rodi, following its takeover of the Rodi chain. It competes in the same discount segment as Aldi and Lidl.
