Save Mart is an American grocery chain founded in Modesto, California, where its parent The Save Mart Companies still has its head office. Besides the Save Mart name the group runs stores under the Lucky and FoodMaxx brands. Its supermarkets are spread across northern and central California and northern Nevada. The company was sold to the Jim Pattison Group, so this Californian grocer is now in Canadian hands.
