Sogndal Fotball is a Norwegian football club from Sogndal on the Sognefjord, founded on 19 February 1926. It plays at Fosshaugane Campus, a ground of 5,622 places shared with the local college, and competes in the second tier of Norwegian football. The club has had many spells in the top division and reached the Norwegian Cup final in 1976. It plays in white and blue. Sogndal has fewer than eight thousand inhabitants and is the smallest place ever to field a club in the Norwegian top flight.
