Blick Art Materials is an American retailer of art supplies, selling paint, brushes, paper, canvas and other materials to artists, students and schools. It began in 1911 as a mail order business set up by Dick Blick in Galesburg, Illinois, and was bought by Robert Metzenberg in 1947. It is family owned, through Dick Blick Holdings, and is one of the oldest and largest art materials suppliers in the country. Its catalogue and website still carry the Dick Blick name.
