Brioche Dorée is a French chain of bakery cafés founded in 1976 in Brest, in Brittany. Its outlets serve baked goods and light meals over the counter and are often found in busy places such as railway stations and shopping centres. The chain was started by Louis Le Duff and belongs to Groupe Le Duff, of which he is president, and it has spread beyond France into other European countries. Its name is French for golden brioche.
