Buffalo Grill is an American themed steakhouse chain headquartered in Montrouge, near Paris. Its restaurants serve grilled meat, ribs, burgers, chips and desserts, and are mostly sited in retail parks and on the outskirts of medium sized towns. With around 360 restaurants in France, Switzerland and Spain it is the largest themed restaurant chain in France, measured by sales and by number of locations. It employed about 7,750 people in 2017.
