Eason Retail PLC, known as Eason or Easons, is an Irish retailer that dates back to 1819 and is best known for books, stationery, cards, gifts, newspapers and magazines. Headquartered in Swords in County Dublin, it is the largest supplier of books, magazines and newspapers in Ireland, with 54 shops trading under the Eason name. The privately owned company employs about 600 people and had a turnover of 104 million euros in the year to January 2022. In 2020 it bought Dubray Books, a chain of 11 bookshops.
