Eddie Bauer is an American outdoor recreation brand, founded in Seattle in 1920 by the sportsman of the same name and now run from New York City. It sells clothing and outdoor gear, mainly online, and licenses its name and logo to other companies for products such as eyewear, furniture and bicycles. Ford used the name for upper trim levels of its Bronco, Explorer, Expedition and Excursion models until 2010. The brand has changed hands often, passing through General Mills, Spiegel and later investment owners.
