Frosinone Calcio is an Italian football club from Frosinone in Lazio, founded in 1928, with its earliest predecessor dating from 1906. It plays at the Stadio Benito Stirpe, a ground of about 16,200 places opened in 2017, and competes in Serie B. The club reached Serie A for the first time in 2015 and returned twice since, remarkable for a provincial city between Rome and Naples. It plays in yellow and blue and is nicknamed I Canarini, the Canaries.
