Hubo is a Dutch chain of hardware and DIY stores and the oldest hardware store franchise in the Netherlands, having started franchising in 1969. As of 2011 it had over 200 stores, all of them in the Netherlands, which made it the largest hardware chain in the country by number of shops. Hubo is part of the franchise organisation DGN Retail in Apeldoorn, which also owns the chains Multimate, Fixet and Doeland. Hubo Netherlands and Hubo Belgium are two separate companies.
