KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, in full Koninklijke Luchtvaart Maatschappij, is the flag carrier of the Netherlands. Founded in 1919, it is the oldest airline still operating under its original name. Its head office is in Amstelveen and its hub is Amsterdam Airport Schiphol, from where it serves 145 destinations with passenger and cargo flights. KLM is part of the Air France KLM group and a member of the SkyTeam alliance, and had a fleet of 110 aircraft and 35,488 staff in 2021.
