Mantova 1911 is an Italian football club from Mantua in Lombardy, founded in 1911. It plays at the Stadio Danilo Martelli, a ground of about 14,900 places, and competes in Serie B. The club played four seasons in Serie A in the 1960s with a side known as il piccolo Brasile, the little Brazil, for its style. It plays in red and white and is nicknamed I Virgiliani, after the poet Virgil, who was born nearby.
