Praxis, in full Praxis Doe-Het-Zelf Center B.V., is a Dutch chain of DIY superstores selling hardware, timber, garden products and related services. The company started in 1978 in Venlo and had 192 stores across the Netherlands as of 2024, employing about 5,000 people from its head office in Diemen near Amsterdam. Larger branches trade as Praxis Mega, or Praxis Mega & Tuin when they include a garden centre, and smaller city shops as Praxis City. Praxis is part of the Maxeda DIY group.
