Shingle Inn is an Australian cafe chain from Brisbane, Queensland, serving coffee, cakes, pastries and light meals. It began as a single tea room in the centre of Brisbane and later grew into a franchise, with outlets in shopping centres such as MacArthur Central in the city. The Tudor style fittings of the original cafe were preserved and restored inside Brisbane City Hall, where a Shingle Inn reopened in 2015. That heritage interior is what the name is best remembered for.
