Tochigi City FC is a Japanese football club from Tochigi in Tochigi Prefecture, founded as the works team Hitachi Tochigi Soccer Club. It plays at CITY FOOTBALL STATION, a ground of about 5,100 places, and enters the J2 League in 2026 after promotion. It plays in blue. The club rose from the regional divisions in a few seasons and gives the prefecture a second professional side alongside Tochigi SC in the nearby city of Utsunomiya.
