Tortilla Mexican Grill plc, trading simply as Tortilla, is a British fast food chain serving burritos, tacos and other Mexican style dishes made to order. It was founded in 2007 by the American couple Brandon and Jennifer Stephens, who opened the first restaurant in London. The company floated on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange in 2021 and is led by chief executive Andrew Naylor, with Maria Denny as finance director.
