Der Beck GmbH is a German bakery chain founded in 1895 in Tennenlohe, a village south of Erlangen in Bavaria. Its shops sell bread, bread rolls, tortes, cakes and pastries as well as coffee and tea. With more than 140 branches in the Nuremberg metropolitan area and over 50 million euros of revenue as of 2014, it ranks among the largest bakeries in Germany. The company is owned by Petra and Siegfried Beck, grandchildren of the founding Ziegler family.
