Jyske Bank A/S is a Danish bank with its headquarters in Silkeborg in Jutland. It is the third largest bank in Denmark measured by market share. The bank was formed in 1967 by the merger of four Jutland banks, and its name refers to that region. It serves private customers, businesses and institutional clients through branches across Denmark, and its shares are traded on the Copenhagen stock exchange. Lars Mørch is chief executive and Kurt Bligaard Pedersen chairman.
