Qatar Airways is the flag carrier of Qatar, established by the Qatari government in 1993 and fully state owned since 2013. It is headquartered in the Qatar Airways Tower in Doha and runs a hub and spoke network of 170 international routes from Hamad International Airport. The airline flies a fleet of more than 200 aircraft and the group employs over 43,000 people. It has been a member of the Oneworld alliance since October 2013, and its slogan has been Going Places Together since 2015.
