Tops Friendly Markets is an American supermarket chain serving upstate New York, Vermont and northern Pennsylvania. It was founded in Niagara Falls, New York, and runs 154 locations, of which 149 are full supermarkets and five are smaller Tops Xpress stores. Ownership passed from Morgan Stanley to the company's own management in 2013. Since 2021 the chain has been part of Northeast Grocery, the group it formed together with Price Chopper.
