Chelsea Football Club is an English club from Fulham in west London, founded on 10 March 1905. It plays at Stamford Bridge, a ground of about 40,000 places, and competes in the Premier League. Chelsea have won the league six times, the FA Cup eight times, the Champions League in 2012 and 2021 and the Europa League twice, most of it since Roman Abramovich bought the club in 2003. It plays in blue and is nicknamed the Blues. Its women's team is among the most successful in Europe.
