FANCL Corporation is a Japanese cosmetics and dietary supplement company incorporated on 18 August 1981, with its head office in Naka-ku in Yokohama. It was founded by Kenji Ikemori, who is chairman of the company. FANCL built its name on preservative free skin care, sold in small containers with a short shelf life, and it has carried the same idea over into supplements and other health products. It sells through its own shops as well as by mail order.
