Leo Express is a Czech open access train operator, established in 2010 and originally known as Rapid Express. It launched inter city services in November 2012 on the route between Prague and Ostrava, where the state owned Czech Railways and the open access operator RegioJet were already running trains. Open access means the company runs its trains commercially, without a public service contract, competing directly with those operators on the same line.
