Mad Mex Fresh Mexican Grill, usually shortened to Mad Mex, is a fast food chain based in Sydney that serves burritos, tacos and other Mexican dishes. It was founded in 2007 by Clovis Young, a Californian who had moved to Australia the year before and who opened the first outlet in Sydney. The restaurants are decorated after lucha libre, the Mexican style of masked wrestling. As of late 2022 the chain had 71 outlets in operation.
