Jelmoli, officially Jelmoli Ltd., was a Swiss department store in Zürich, founded in 1833 by Johann Peter Jelmoli. It grew into the oldest and largest department store in the country and occupied a large building on the Seidengasse, just off the Bahnhofstrasse shopping street. In its later years it traded as Jelmoli The House of Brands, with fashion, cosmetics and food spread over several floors. The store closed at the end of February 2025, shortly after its 190th anniversary.
