Sticks'n'Sushi is a Copenhagen based restaurant and take-away group founded in 1994. The name describes the menu: yakitori, the Japanese skewers grilled over charcoal, served alongside sushi. The group consists of 12 restaurants in the Greater Copenhagen area, 14 in the United Kingdom and three in Berlin. It began as a Danish business and expanded abroad from the 2010s, first to London and later to Germany.
