About C&A

C&A is a European clothing retailer specialising in affordable fashion and casual wear, which began in Sneek in the Netherlands and takes its name from the initials of the brothers Clemens and August Brenninkmeijer. It runs about 1,250 stores across Europe and 330 in Brazil, where it trades through a separately listed company, and it licenses its name for stores in Mexico and China. Its own labels include Clockhouse, Yessica, Westbury, Palomino and Angelo Litrico.
