Dunkin', long known as Dunkin' Donuts, is an American fast food chain specialising in coffee and doughnuts. It was founded by Bill Rosenberg in Quincy, Massachusetts, in 1950 and grew quickly in North America after taking over the Mister Donut chain in 1990. The company belonged to Dunkin' Brands of Canton, Massachusetts, together with Baskin-Robbins, until Inspire Brands bought the group in December 2020. The shortened name Dunkin' was adopted in January 2019 as the chain put its drinks first.
