About Family Express

Family Express is a privately held American convenience store chain with more than 80 locations across northern and central Indiana. It is headquartered in Valparaiso, Indiana, and is known for its pursuit of vertical integration, an approach similar to that of Kwik Trip. Instead of some 25 weekly deliveries by separate vendors, each store takes one combined delivery a day from the company itself. A central commissary and bakery in Valparaiso, opened in late 2006, supplies its fresh food.
