About Fiat

Fiat is an Italian car brand founded in Turin in 1899 as Fabbrica Italiana Automobili Torino, the words behind the name. It grew into the largest car manufacturer in Italy and for much of the twentieth century built the country's best selling small cars. The marque is known for models such as the 500, the Panda and the Punto. Since 2021 Fiat has been one of the brands of Stellantis, the group formed by the merger of Fiat Chrysler Automobiles with the French PSA Group.
